This sounds confusing. What if I dont know the movements or understand what to do?

Don't worry, we don't expect you to when you are first starting out! We know the workout format seems like a lot but it is actually very straightforward and our setup is designed to make sure even our newest members fit right in and understand how to workout and have fun at our space. Our coaches are skilled at making sure our environment is inclusive and our classes are accessible for all and we promise you will leave your first class feeling great and excited to return.

What should I bring to class?

Wear exercise sneakers and comfortable clothes that you don'd mind getting very sweaty. Bring water and be ready for the most fun you've ever had working out. We also offer full locker room facilities so you can easily sweat with us before or after work.

where are you located?

We are located on the backside of Stuyvesant Plaza right next to The Hot Yoga Spot. Our doors open 15 minutes before classes start and lock when the session begins so make sure you arrive extra early for your first sweat.

do i need experience with working out? What if I have an injury?

Our classes are designed to be a challenging workout for each member and accessible for all levels and experience. We offer an assortment of cardio machines and strength training equipment so you can modify for injuries and move at a speed guaranteed to get you sweating and seeing results.
